Earth Day Creations
Tuesday April 21st, 2026
9am - 1pm

Curriculum

Join us for a special “day out of school” Earth Day camp where creativity, nature, and mindfulness come together in a fun and meaningful way. Participants will begin the day by stepping outside (weather permitting) to explore sound detection and nature awareness, learning to slow down, listen, and connect with the environment around them. We’ll also spend time gathering natural elements to inspire our creative work. Inside, students will engage in a variety of hands-on Earth Day activities, including a therapeutic art project focused on reusing and repurposing materials in creative ways. They will also design and create a special keepsake for their garden or home, something they can take with them as a reminder of their connection to nature. Throughout the day, we’ll weave in mindfulness, simple meditation, and reflective moments to help students build awareness, appreciation, and respect for the Earth.
